Most people in this area probably know who Chad Taylor is. He graduated from South Fulton High School in 1995. He grew up there and now raises a family of his own in the Twin Cities. He has also served the community of Martin by working with his cousin, Scott Taylor, at State Farm Insurance since 2012. I’m sure he’s met quite a few of you over the years. And if you’ve had that pleasure then you know he’s a fun-loving, friendly guy who will do anything for anybody. But now he needs our help. A couple months ago Chad was diagnosed with brain cancer. After many tests, we finally found out that it’s a grade 3 astrocytoma. Treatable.. but not curable. Just last week he underwent the last of his radiation treatment. 6 weeks in total. He continues taking his chemo pills and must wait until the end of October to have an MRI that will ultimately tell us how effective it has been. And then? Then we go from there. We do whatever we need to do and Chad continues to fight. But we all know how expensive it is to battle something like this. The bills and expenses just keep piling up. We want to do everything we can to lighten the load on Chad and his wife, Shannon, so they can focus on health and family. Please help us make life easier for them and their four children.
